Behind The Decks, DJ Rogger's Sunset Session With David Tort And Dj Yeimy At Pelican Pier Aruba

Last December, the stars aligned on the decks of Pelican Pier as I, DJ Rogger, had the honor of opening for the icon of house music, David Tort. It was an evening where the Caribbean sunset met the pulsating beats of electronic music, creating an unforgettable experience for every soul in attendance.

The Pelican Pier, renowned for its breathtaking sunsets and vibrant atmosphere, was the perfect canvas for an evening of melodic storytelling. As I set up my equipment, I could feel the energy of the place, promising a night that would be talked about for times to come.

My set began as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky with hues of fiery orange and serene purple. I kicked off with a blend of deep and progressive house, slowly escalating to more energetic beats. Each transition was a conversation between me and the audience, each drop a shared moment of pure ecstasy.

As the evening progressed, the arrival of David Tort was met with roaring applause. Sharing the stage with such a revered figure was a surreal moment. I watched, learned, and danced along as he took over, his music weaving through the night air.

The event was not just a gig; it was a milestone. It reminded me why I fell in love with DJing – the ability to bring joy, to be the maestro of moods, and to create memories that pulse to the beat of the heart.

As I look back on that night at Pelican Pier, I’m filled with gratitude. To the fans, the music, and the moments of pure connection – thank you. This is just the beginning, and I invite you all to continue this journey with me. Stay tuned for more sunset sessions and rhythmic adventures on roggermusic.com
